    Back on topic, has anyone tried a complex of front, side and rear delt raises? eg 1 front , 1 side , 1 rear == 1 rep, do 10 sets x10 reps

    Senior Sys Eng at Managed Services company. The MS sector/industry is shit and I hate it. Everything is about minutes rather than service. Mostly specialise in windows server crap, Exchange stuff and vmware stuff. Do a fair bit of firewall, phones and wifi too.
