    end up doing 10x10 squats but only 9x10 SLDL , pump/cramps etc were too much for the 10th set. Fail.

    Timing belts in all cars are gay. I had one go on me in a cheap mitsubishi, it went while driving so ripped the shit through everything else. Cost more than the car to fix :(

    10x10 bench, 90 sec rest between sets 10x10 barbell rows, 75 sec rest between sets 10x10 incline db press, 60 sec rest between sets 10x10 wide grip lat pulldowns, 60 sec rest between sets rest between exercises was pretty much just topping up water bottle

    Its great for everything except squats, which can die in a fire. I don't have the work capacity to survive volume squats, it literally kills me. Hopefully by doing it it improves me.

    hmm fair enough I dont really have a set timeframe, i just go until done. I'm doing my own version of GVT atm, which is 10x10 of lifts with 90s breaks for squat and bench and 75s breaks for everything else. So its literally going at it the whole time i'm there.     4 days a week, routine takes me about 75-90 mins at the moment including warmup.
