    If you are looking for mass, bro split is the only way to get there. Forget all the dancing routines you mentioned, if you’re after muscle mass. if you’re finding it too taxing, try doing one body part per day, but train 7 days in a week. Others will no doubt state their opinions, but trawl...

    Besides squats, I consider everything else isolation exercises, so overload everything I do.

    I Aim for these reps and adjust weight to get: 1st set 10 reps 2nd set 8 reps 3rd set 6 reps 4th set 4 reps I don’t fuk about with 20 reps or more, just get sore for nothing.

    no kunce saying that low resistance high reps don’t grow muscle, just look at a tennis players playing arm compared to the other one. What kunce are saying is to get masiiiiiiiif, need to stick to the optimum rep weight ratio. (and gas up hard)
