    I see so many people my age , unfit, fat, unhealthy looking, it motivates me to train. Mobility or lack there of is the main motivating factor. @Goosey said something that still resonates for me. Train like your life depends on it, because it does. Cheers bloke.

    It’s all personal preference. I always buy vanilla so I can add my own ingredients such as bananas and or yoghurt.

    Intermittent Fasting register

    Not for me. I just eat 3-4 times per day. Small meal at breakfast because I don’t feel hungry at 6.00am. Some food around 9.00 or 10.00. Bigger meal around lunch and a bigger dinner. I count all my calories.
