    In Wendlers 5 3 1 program he suggest the following for estimating 1RM but I agree with white lie it is only an estimate and best way to know it to try it. Weight x Reps x .0333 + Weight = Estimated 1RM

    Thanks guys for restoring my faith in humanity, it didn't take long for this to degrade into a discussion about how tasteless a frozen meal is and anal sex. Nice work. Maybe the frozen meal would taste better if you sprinkled protein powder on it!!!

    The only other argument for powders is simply the convenience and speed at which you can prepare a meal that will give you a decent amount of protein and orther macronutrients depending on what's in your supps. The question would be whether you even need it if indeed 0.8perkg was indeed enough...

    Agree with darkoz having fun with the family trumps everything, but get everything tidy for the rest of the year and then you won't care if you let loose a bit and have fun with family when you go camping.

    I dont really look at this as a weakness, we (including yourself) know you can put the work in and we know you can get results so you aren't mentally or physically week. What I think you need is to change your relationship with food or at least improve the healthiness of the food choices you...
