    Training twice a day

    Anyone do this? If so, how do you split your training up? How much extra food did you need to eat when you started? I guess another way to do it would be do split your current sessions in two, allowing you to train harder..?

    Hit a 105 clean and jerk today. Heaviest I've ever done is 115, but not in the last couple of years. This felt very good.

    any vegetarian/vegans on ausbb

    Was vegan for about 5 years. Started lifting as a vegan and made decent gains but recently started craving meat so now I'm back to eating it. To be honest I feel a lot better now.
