    Which row is the best for assisting deadlift and grip strength?

    What did you eat today?

    Fresh apple, carrot, orange and lemon juice. 420g rice cream 70g whey shake. 2 wholemeal pita pockets with 250g chicken thigh, lettuce and mayo. 60g whey shake. 250g chicken thigh, 125g brown rice, broccoli. McChamp burger and fries. Sue me.

    Yeah if you want to do any squats, bench, deadlift etc you have to go during the staffed hours. Pretty annoying. I went there one night planning do do deadlifts and I walked around the gym for a good few minutes scratching my head wondering where all the bars had gone.

    It's actually a pretty good gym but they recently went 24 hrs and I guess they don't want people to pin themselves under a failed bench/squat when no one else is around to save them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
