    Deadlift plus some leg press and leg curls this morning. Going back tonight with my fiancée. Not sure what I'll do but she wants to do some cardio and use the heavy bag. I think she wants to beat me up...

    Everything 4x4 & Camping

    What would people recommend as a good capable 4x4 in standard form? I doubt I'd ever need something with a lift kit etc. Maybe put some all terrain tyres on but that's it. Just want something that will allow me to go further off road for camping trips etc but still be comfortable enough on the road.

    Squat 160 x 8 followed by 180 x 3 Have done 180 x 3 with knee wraps but this was just with a belt.

    Me too, love going to the gym on Saturday and Sunday morning. Today was overhead press & some other shoulder stuff.

    172.5 paused squat. Kind of accidental because I was just doing a normal set and hit the safety bars on the rack.. So I paused at the bottom, recomposed myself and stood up.

    What`s good about your gym

    Good quality old school Ivanko plates & brand new Ivanko bumpers Heaps of Olympic bars Platform Heavy Dumbbells Lots of space Down side is that it gets absolutely packed during peak times, so I try to avoid that.
