    My gym has a couple of those Raw racks and my only complaint is the terrible J hooks. Nice to see they can be replaced with better ones. Do you have a link for the Barbarian ones?

    Today's adventure back to a big commercial gym I used to go to regularly: - Altitude training mask. Check - Bosu ball squats. Check - Med ball slams. Check (This was one bloke using all three in some weird "Functional" exercise BTW...)
