    Upper / Lower, with two of each every week - Squat & assistance, bench & assistance, deadlift & assistance, military press & assistance.

    Could also try used conveyor belt. There's a place near me that will do offcuts. Might find something similar over there.

    It's amazing some of the things you see PTs do with their clients. Where do they get their routines and who teaches them? Some of the shit you hear them tell their clients amazes me..

    Mr group fitness instructor was back again, "benching". Hops on, puts a couple of plates on each side, no warm ups and proceeds to struggle with some 1/8 ROM reps..

    Saw a group of young guys, probably early teens. I overheard the youngest talking about how he could only come to the gym once a week, so the best thing for him to do on that one day was dumbbell curls.

    I work shift work. Doesn't stop me from training. I work a mix of mornings, evenings and nights. Just get it done.
