    The 82.5's from my understanding, will be lowered. So I think that's Ben Cove and one or two others that will compete. Michael is dead on. Raw lifting is accessible and many people are willing to do it. When a national event has 70+ competitors we know PL and strength sports are going places.

    It's not targeting the shoulder, but it's important to realise that rotation ay one joint has further implications on the rest of the body. It would not surprise me if it was found that different sides activate differently with a mixed grip due to the shoulders. I have held 300 with no issue...

    Duh, I was just being inflammatory. Belts are just not a thing I want to use. It's not out of some RAAWZZZ thing, I just see no need to use them personally. That being said, I would use wraps only for a meet like ProRaw when there is cash on the line.
