    Honest Question

    Now im relatively inexperianced compared to the majority on there when it comes to the gym. What I see a lot in my gym is people that do 4 or 5 different exercises for the same body part. Like 4 different variations of cable curls. I see this as pointless but then again I have little experience...

    TENS machines are the good. Use it for soft tissue injuries after the swelling period when you use ice. Pretty much have it on all day on the highest setting you can.

    BodyTek Ab belt zapper.

    Similar thing called a TENS machine. Actually used to help recovery as the zaps stimulate the muscles causing it to contract creating more blood flow to the area. Obviously used after the swelling and ice, just leave it on the injured area for as long as possible on the highest level you can handle

    Cheers for the help guys. Doing that old PTC phsyical transformation challenge or whatever it was called hence the 5-6 meals. To me cooking is a pain in the ass so after this going back to the old breakfast, lunch, tea.
