    Measured mine the other night at 37.5.... 2cm bigger than my first photo. Newbie gain much. ? I measured twice... Three times, four times, five times.... Same every time. Made the first measurement multiple times as well. And I didn't measure after a workout either so no pump. Obviously don't...

    Work out frequency - what dictates it?

    I don't go by a written routine with set days, I go by when my body tells me it's ready, which is normally about 4 - 5 times per week at current with continuing improvements.

    My calves feel great. Feel like they've had a good workout, but don't feel bad in anyway. Shouldn't have any problems seeing the end of the month out, and with the results I've gotten so far, just makes me wanna work harder. :) Today I've done single leggers again each leg 20, 15, 15, 15, 25 x bw

    I requested vanilla and strawberry but only received vanilla. I'm gonna buy some non stim pre workout and some casein soon. Will request some more samples with that order and hopefully get a good range.
