    When i trained at home with just a half rack and bb, every second day i would; Dead Bench Squat Military Row I still primarily use the bb, rack and dip/chin bars.

    I know iv'e made my best strength gains not training to failure/without a spot, the numbers talk. Hypertrophy on the otherhand is harder to gauge, so i'm not sure.

    On day shift straight after work 630-730pm then to dinner. On night shift about hour after brekky 3-4pm then to lunch. On break when ever i feel like it. Train much better in pm then in the AM.

    I leave for work at 5:10 get back at home at 6:30 on a 7 day's. 7 nights and 7 off roster and manage to train every day for 45 min +. Once it's routine, it's no drama's.

    The next bloke scored bulk mate haha Only eat subway when on drink or hangover meal, which is never more than once a month. Meatball on wheat bread, toasted, with the lot and pizza sauce.

    Why do you train?

    Out of all the sparring iv'e done in boxing and MMA over the period of about 3 years, the hardest hitters have always been the lighter fighter's. Bigger, bulkier dudes seem to not have any snap, its the quickness and snap of a punch that hurts imo. In saying this, there are of course exeptions.

    [Article] Substitute for face pulls

    A mate who is much bigger/stronger reccomened I start doing some db reverse fly's with head supported on bench.This is at end of my session after heavy bench, military and dips. Been doing them for 2 weeks, 3x15 with the aim of strengthening anterior delt. Will let you know how i go.

    STFU i want guns...

    Another option is buying fat gripz (fair sure thats the name). They are rubber and go over the bb or db, makes the exercise that much harder, wrecks the forearms.
