    102.5 today. Been carbing though and retaining in the heat. Will be happy when sitting consistently 105-110 Still too skinny

    Beltless Deadlift 220kg x 4,4 225kg x 4,4,4 OHP 65kg x 6,6,6,6 Cable rows -- OHP from rack. I prefer from ground typically but am lazy now
