    It really depends on the overall mindset, sometimes it feels good to lose yourself during a session. Other times you can't keep your mind off of outside issues, and sessions turn to shit. Really depends what the problems are I think

    I think this is the main one that gets missed. Simply enjoying it, not making it a task. One small change that I have only just changed over the past year is not associating a day with a movement. eg Monday = Chest day, Tuesday = Back day. Rather just do things in an order and don't worry about...

    Does the rack have a lat pulldown cable setup and the cross over is an additional thing or is it one and the same?

    In terms of buying something like a cable cross over attachment. I look at it this way, how many and what exercises/movements are you going to use it for? Are there alternatives for these movements? Could the money be spent better elsewhere? And you can always buy the add on later
