If you make a claim that goes against the current medical evidence, it's on you to prove your claims. That's all.

    Wheat Belly. Myth or scientific?

You also left out this: 2. A poisonous or harmful nonbiological substance, such as a pollutant. So what exactly in wheat/grains is non-biological/pollutant?

    Wheat Belly. Myth or scientific?

You do say some silly stuff from time to time, but this takes the cake. You created an entire debate in your head, none of which I said. I simply asked for the definition of a toxin. Once we know that, we can look where to find them.

    Wheat Belly. Myth or scientific?

Again, if you have evidence that the researchers don't have on artificial sweeteners, don't squander it on a bodybuilding forum. Publish your studies so they can be peer reviewed.

You do realise this is a bodybuilding website don't you? The goal for health and fitness is to get maximum fuel, protein, satiety, nutrients, etc from our foods for minimal calories. Any one can eat BBQ all day, I don't think that's impressing anyone. Diet adherence is the big challenge/reward.

what is considered as light week training?

I think it really comes down to intensity. If you're going balls to the wall, every set to failure, pushing your max weekly; yeah, a deload will have benefits and necessary. If you're someone who goes through the motions a bit and aren't getting near failure, there's no need.

    Wheat Belly. Myth or scientific?

Agree with everything bazza said; he's the only one making sense here. Wheat is not or does not contain "toxins". What's a toxin? Artificial sweeteners are perfectly fine. If you have some medical research that the FDA doesn't know about, please enlighten them. When you get schooled on a...

Agreed. The minimal meat is hardly worth the effort and mess.

    Worst exercises

Dips look fine to me for the added weight. The worst thing you can do is go too low with dips. Can easily pop something in your shoulders or sternum. I'd rather do 1-2" less ROM with added weight than get to that tipping point and getting injured.

    does anyone like cup soup

I'm the same, never use salad dressing on anything else, even salad lol. But that vinegar taste goes with tuna and most fish.

    does anyone like cup soup

Salad dressing is a good way to make tuna and rice bearable. Or hot sauce; that works a treat.

Who do you watch on youtube?

Same, used to watch those channels a lot more, now it's all rehashing old dramas. Basically in a nutshell: - Blaha called out Layne as being a fake natty. Gave facts and figures that were undeniable. - Without a leg to defend himself publicly, Layne privately sued Blaha. - Blaha moved all his...

Who do you watch on youtube?

I watch quite a bit of fitness related YouTube channels, or listen when at work. ATHLEAN-X https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCe0TLA0EsQbE-MjuHXevj2A Shows you how to actually train the muscle you think you're targeting. Everything is backed up with examples and science. Can't fault the guy...

-Foodz on sale heads up thread-

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pint It looks like there's a few options regarding a pint. US vs English and liquid vs dry. Seeing as most things are from America, it's using their measurement system.

-Foodz on sale heads up thread-

I'm pretty sure that's based off the imperial measurement system. 473ml = 1 pint or 16oz.

Hi [you] and welcome to ausbb

Good. Tried a few things out, bulking and cutting cycles. Finally figured that staying lean and just doing exercise you enjoy is the most fulfilling and maintainable. Also gave competing a go this year, which quite a few other Max's contestants have done also.

Hi [you] and welcome to ausbb

Sounds like a similar story I followed. Did the Max's challenge and that kicked my butt into take training a bit more seriously. Also got a few other members here to do it last year (when it was free).

Family wedding on the weekend with a buffet style dinner. 3 full plates of pulled roast lamb, roast potatoes and spoonfuls of gravy. Don't mess with the basics.

    Training For 2.4km

It must be me then. What I could do on a treadmill had nearly 100% carry over to road running. The longest I could do on a treadmill was an hour, and I managed to do an 1:10 on a road run first time. Like it's been said, a lot of it is mental and general cardio fitness. Even though the...
