    159 protein, 110 carbs and 67 Fat. Thats why My fitness pal has set out with there dam % breakdown. Yesterday i was 30g over on protein, 16 over on carbs and 30g under on fat. If i loose weight after two weeks then i will change the breakdown a bit, keeping cals the same.

    Hood temp or BBQ temp is not something to go off. You should be going of internal meat temperature, Get a good thermometer, Termapen or Maverick are the best.

    All good mate i understand. Thats why i said gotta cut the middle man out and head straight to the source :) When i said NZ, they also have a version of Fontera, Alot of protein companys like yourself will state weather its NZ sourced whey or Aussie.
