nothing wrong with powerlifting/strongman training ..etc.
You do get some decent physiques who are not just looking pretty but are strong but also some Fatsos too. I still like doing Stiff legged deads with fairly locked knees . I am not a weight lifting expert by any means
some of the old...
I never said that. I said what exactly do you want to train as a Bodybuilder, assuming you are a Bodybuilder.
Remember it´s just my opinion so do not take it the wrong way.
I would rather use more effective direct movement for development. It´s like spraying a target with a shotgun ..sure you...
This is a great training system if you want to get into shape fairly fast if your diet is on par. Bob Gadja did not invent it but made it popular. PHA Peripheral Heart Action

so why are you doing Deadlifts? for overall power?, thick traps?, Back? I think rack pulls are OK but i rather do direct work for my lower back,traps..etc. Stiff legged/Romanian Deads are useful but to me Romanian Deads are basically rack pulls.
save your lower back do 45% Hypers, do shrugs...
I remember as a young Lad i met this Girl at a Nightclub & went outside with her to give her my lovin.
was a dark corner & i was swapping spit like a mad man , hand in her panty. Poking her twat & her bum hole when i felt a funny thick goo on my fingers. It was dark so i could not really see ..i...

Buy a decent Bar even if just a standard bar. Forget all the chinese shit. I have a Black Bar USA feather steel. It rusts but who gives a fuck. Looks old school like the old York Bars back in the day.
OK i will not ramble on here...but
My right knee has been twice operated on with key hole surgery (94/99) chondromlacia Patella.
I can squat but when i get to a certain weight i feel it´s not good. Not pain but the pressure. I am not against Heavy training or programmes like 5x5..etc. However...
oh yes you are correct. when i bench at home my son spots me or if alone i do parallel bar dips or use Dumbbells. I do for example parallel bar dips then superset, no rest push ups on floor. finish off with incline db press or flyes.
but yeah...a power rack is better
can get squat stands with safety spotters but no i do not have them. I do not train with super heavy weight. I superset a lot pre-exhaust. i do not need huge weights
yes it does but walking does not really tax me enough cardio wise. when i was running i found heavy(ish) leg training really screwed up my recovery to run. lower back & legs, cycling i find i can still do. not talking miles here per session but just around town.
Used to do all these fancy crunches but now i Do some hanging knee raises or basic sit ups. Trains much more muscles than Just your rectus abdominus. I used to run but nowadays i cycle more. Cycle to work if you can. Appointments.. Etc cycle there. Burns off my bodyfat & more importantly i enjoy...
