Started this challenge a little bit into a bulk. Measurements and weight going up steadily. *almost* look like I lift. Approaching the 100kg mark after sitting around 87-89 for a few years. Started this challenge around ~94/95 kg.

I've only had samples of BNs vanilla, in both wpc and wpi, and I felt that the wpi vanilla tasted noticeably better than the wpc.

    The problem with social media

If you were a coon and the English hadn't settled in 1788 you'd still be playing with sticks instead of being on an Internet forum.

What is the hardest/harshest part of bodybuilding for you?

I'm not normally a big eater. Eat when I'm hungry etc. So I find it most difficult to eat the ammount of calories I need to, to put on weight. Saying that. It's not difficult, just have to be conscious of it and be consistent.

BN BCAA's and Pre Workout 101

Pre workout 101 tastes like ass. I've only had the lime, and this was before their current re release. I complained thinking I got a bad batch and they sent me another, which was the same. I see lots of people saying the same about it too. In fact I just threw nearly 2kg in the bin yesterday...

    Are you a Tipper?

I wouldn't be against a tipping system. At least it might encourage the workers to provide a better quality of service. I have tipped once or twice, but only for exceptional service. With all kinds of workplace rules and regulations it would be pointless to tip some employees at the chance...

Lab testing of protein powder is now FREE!

Emailed ACCC, and I quote... "the level of protein in these products was not significantly below the represented levels" They basically don't want to know about it. The content of protein is less than half of what's advertised ! But apparently the NSW Food Authority have been investigating also.

Power Supplements (protein n more) protein test results

Had 4 samples tested from these guys. Two wpcs, a wpi and a casein ranging from 12/7/2012 - 2/12/2012. Results range from 38% - 53%. Did the microwave test on these prior, and the protein that tested 53% only barely turned brown. The others noticeably turned brown.
