Started about 93kg, got up to 101, and now back down to 93, just a bit leaner. Arms 3/4 inch bigger. Legs are bigger.
Squat max is up too 110kg from 90
Bench max is up to 82.5kg from 72.5
Never deadlifted for a max as I don't have enough weights at home. But I've done a max of 120 or so last...
