    What's your favourite place to buy supplements?

    Bulk nutrients wpc started to upset my belly. I spend a bit extra on muscle pharm combat at the moment and so far I'm not disappointed. Being a sweet tooth this brand hits the spot perfectly, and with added digestive enzymes I've never had an upset stomach.

    Bought a tub of cellucor m5 extreme for $39. Did 1.5 scoops of the stim mix with 1 scoop of the build mix and it have me a massive kick. 2 scoops of the stim mix would have me running up the wall I reckon.

    90 Day Challenge Photos.

    Started about 93kg, got up to 101, and now back down to 93, just a bit leaner. Arms 3/4 inch bigger. Legs are bigger. Squat max is up too 110kg from 90 Bench max is up to 82.5kg from 72.5 Never deadlifted for a max as I don't have enough weights at home. But I've done a max of 120 or so last...

    For the Calorie Counters out there...

    No idea here, but I'd say if maintaining calories or in a deficit go by the kiev calories. If trying for a surplus go by the snitzel calories.

    Yep. Down to 93.8 I think from 101. Had gastro Thursday Friday. Still not 100%. Probably get the nutrition and training back on par tomorrow.

    Best Powdered oats? Bulk Nutrients vs Bulk Powders?

    Blender if you like drinking sandy texture. Otherwise powdered is the go. Much smoother and less chalkier. Worth the extra money easy. I've only had Bulk Nutrients. Won't find them any finer than that.

    How much milk do you consume a day?

    Cutting at the moment. Anywhere from 400ml - 1lt a day. Twice that when bulking.

    home gym users - how often do you do it?

    I couldn't imagine going to a gym and having to wait to use machines or sharing them. I love being able to train when I want, load my weights, leave them on there for next time. Have as many rests as I want, stay using my rack as long as I want, swap between machines without worrying about...

    I'd maybe get 8 out hahaha. I've only hit body weight for squats very recently.

    Share some of your thoughts on your last week of working out

    Only ever squatted a max of 85. But the last couple months my training has been spot on as well as my food intake. Did 5 working sets of squats at 80kg. Thought I'd give 90kg a go, found it easy. Gave 100kg a go and felt good for more. So I've hit the 100kg milestone, beating my pb by 15kg...
