    There the 2 brekky's i run. The oats through the week as it takes about 3 minutes to make and the french toast on w/e's as it takes a little longer. If you like cottage cheese, give them a run, ****ing brilliant!

    Cheers for responses guys. In the past i have used maltodextrin etc in post w/o shake, but now i prefer to get all my nutrients from whole foods (apart from protein shake and fish oils tabs) hence the fruit and sandwich.
