Feel like I've reached a plateau - require knowledge! Or have I?

I am sorry but how do you come up with that? What is the time period where a trainer is serious and not? is 44mins not serious but 46 is? Very strange comment - also when you include cardio and other non-weight related sessions - how do you figure these in? If I do 45 mins of weights > hour of...

"Males should be ~10-12% body fat before even considering going on any kind of ‘bulk’

Its not a myth as such - it is just misunderstood - if you have ever eaten over maintenance then you are "bulking" - you are in the process of eating more in order to gain weight. There is no need to eat every single thing in sight and live off pizza and chips in order to bulk - this if you...

"Males should be ~10-12% body fat before even considering going on any kind of ‘bulk’

Using anabolic steroids harms your health and social image

I think when you have elevated hormones (of any kind) this will result in a different state of mind, reactions etc - of course elevated testosterone is going to come with maybe the possibly of having abit of a "shorter fuse" and negative effects on mindset and how a person reacts to things. Of...

Def both for a guy like that. Generally sadly you will find (no racist here haha) that the islander guys struggle when they get to senior footy because alot don't have great work ethic - but when you get a combo of both - watch out!
