Gay Marriage, do you support it?

The people obsessed with what gay people do in private usually have some unresolved interests themselves. I don't care. Let people marry whoever makes them happy.

    Protein supplement for seniors

In my opinion, the very best protein in terms of ingredients, taste, quality and texture is Dymatize ISO100. 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 lactose. I don't know how they make it tastes so good and digest, but they nailed it. The only problems it is expensive at around $140 a tub. I suggested Optimum...

    Protein supplement for seniors

Most off-the-shelf items in a supermarket list the ingredients in order of volume. Very few break it down to percentage. The ingredients clearly state it's a blend, and there's more WPI than WPC. The reason I mentioned it was because personally it was one of the easiest to drink and digest. I've...

    Protein supplement for seniors

It's cheap due to the sheer volume they produce worldwide. Even Costco sells it. So they can afford to have a smaller profit margin on each tub, but sell millions a day. I said it was mostly WPI. Nearly all powders are a blend. But at least ON is majority WPI. I don't see a problem with WPC...

    Protein supplement for seniors

Best bang for your buck with no fuss, Optimum Nutrition whey. Relatively cheap, can buy it anywhere, a million flavours, mostly WPI, mixes very easily and digests fine. Extreme Milk Chocolate is the flavour if you want a "chocolate milk" taste. They also do a Double Rich Chocolate which isn't as...

Even thought I don't have your app installed, I agree. If you can do the particular exercise while easily browsing on a phone, it's not really doing much other than burning calories. The rule of thumb I use is that if I can't hold a conversation (due to lack of breath), it's proper exercise.

    Full body

I think that's true with everything; if you have to do it, it's no longer enjoyable. Seeing myself and others don't walk around all day, planning a walk/hike is something different and is a good way to get outside and exercise.

Is it if you work in an office. I agree that it shouldn't really count, but so few people actually walk these days.

That's a pretty good and balanced routine. Yes, I agree, you should do "active recovery" on your non-training days. Something low impact like walking or bike riding is prefect. I feel that I recover faster with some light cardio to get the blood in the muscles. I was originally referring to...

That sucks, but there's always another marathon around the corner. At least you'll be in even better shape for the next one.
