    Weightlifting shoes

    I got my shoes 1-1.5 sizes smaller. They were really tight at the start, fit pretty good now, still a lil snug though. They should fit like a glove after a few more months of wearing them.

    If i were u i'd go Squat = 200kg Bench = 135kg Deadlift = 260kg U can go 210kg for ur squat if ur naturally a strong squatter.

    CAPO State Titles

    Awesome bar to use! definitely gave me an extra 5kg or more. I could have pulled 260kg with out TOO much difficulty with it.
