    ps i am going to try to find time to read as much as i can for alternate plan on your site do people agree at 25%+ BF i should focus on BF reduction therefore i need a fat loss plan there are over a million of them out there which are the types body builders use successfully help please

    o'k i am listening fluffy i will have a chat again with the guy who has talked me into clen hard work, ok i get the concept but not every one has got fat being lazy working very hard long hours in stressful job as for training always doing something, hx of gym, marathons, triathlons, gym again...

    Timelord here out of shape despite years of trying to improve body shape starting claire gel soon but need to find the right diet and program considering crossfit or down to local gym and get a program bit flat energy wise at the moment but hoping getting back into training after a year away...
