    Rotator calf

    Swimming and cycling are good to go if your calf is in the rehabilitation stage. Try not to overuse it even if its healed or still healing, the best tip which helped me most is to increase the intensity of workout gradually after such injury.

    It could be judged with the intensity of pain you have while lifting heavy weight or not lifting anything and just moving your body around. Muscles do have relation with the brain and it could be related to your thoughts if the pain is not consistent and low intense.

    Leg press - rib pop.

    It depends upon the intensity of pain you're feeling. I think if they are sore due to minor injury then the pain would not be of the kind which happen due to severe injury. I'd suggest to not do any exercise which involves the rib movement, and give it a time to get healed.

    Hand and fingers have a complex structure of ligaments and tendons making themselves more prone to the injury if overstretched and overused with a lot of stress. Try to start with minimum stress on fingers if you're just a beginner.
