I pulled up so sore from my first session I've literally had to rest for 5 days... No two day DOMS this is the longest (and direst) I've ever pulled up from training my life...! Must be getting old.. (35)...

Just started this program this morning, was fine with everything except the chins... man i suck at those...particularly the wide grip...

Apparently in Asian (Chinese I think) cultures they say drinking warm water is good for you - I think it's to do with digestion or something and for chicks on the rag..?
I know little about the real science of nutrition, but how bad is McDonald's really?
Clearly it's not something you wanna consume everyday but how bad is it for you...
And with regards to training, if your training 3-4 times a week is it going to impact much, particularly if your trying to gain...?
I admit I've got a lot to learn, particularly when it comes to nutrition, mostly I just have some red meat or chicken and veges for dinner, carmens Muslei for breaky and lunch is a chicken and rice dish, almonds and a carmens round biscuit for snacks, but I haven't worked out the actual...
Fair enough, I've just got a ON protein shake i think I'll just stick with that, might get some creatine down the track as it seems most o the other stuff out there is more snake oil than magic sauce....
Anyone routinely buy any of the Pre-made stuff @ Leonard's?
A lot of there stuff is great for simplicity - just chuck it in the oven and away you go...
But I'm unsure of the nutritional value for training etc...
There's so much stuff out there and it would take a lifetime to read all the studies and marketing bullshit (from what i can tell they cross over a bit), I wanna cut to the chase and find out from more experienced folk, what are your top 3 supplements...

Understood. Body fat % is definitely a factor, I've never been one to have a high body fat % but I certainly wouldn't want to increase that on what I'm already at, reducing is definitely important to me..
Ill also increase my eating.

If I'm eating well and training hard, I've always been a bad sleeper but I'm hoping a bit of hard training might help, what would be a reasonable 6month goal? (I wasn't expecting 10kgs in 6...
