just finishing my 4th course on suss, eq and tren a

where 6 months ago it was 46 the range it should be in is 0-45.

doctors cant tell me anything and wont even tell me if its bad they no what i take but are un educated on effects of steroids.
his answer was you prob drink to much, i have never drank alcohol in my life.

id just like to no if anyone has had this and can give me any other info if this is the start of something bigger or so on.

Thanks heaps

Sounds like the start of liver failure and premature death to me, but hey at 23 you probably really needed those drugs:rolleyes:

Significantly elevated levels of ALT (SGPT) often suggest the existence of medical problems such as viral hepatitis, diabetes, congestive heart failure and/or liver damage. Alanine transaminase is an enzyme that helps to process proteins. When the liver is injured (as in hepatitis), the blood level of ALT usually rises.

Not a doctor, but from the reading it appears some liver damage has been done, how serious?? Who knows, a liver biopsy might be the next step??

Rather than posting on a forum I would be looking at seeing a specialist.

ALT is a good indicator of current injury to the liver that occurs from within the liver, rather than from the ducts that go from the liver on to the small bowel. What tests did you have done?
Do you have the rest of your results from the LFTs?
What about coags/INR?

Liver biopsy probably isn't the next step, given an obvious source of damage. Have you been given a pathology slip for another set of bloods? If not, go to your GP and ask for LFTs and coags. LFTs show if the liver is currently being damaged, coags show how badly it's damaged.

Any noticed symptoms? Tiredness/lethargy, gyno, confusion, dehydration, increased thirst or urination?

Are you on any other auxiliaries? Roaccutane/isotretinoin to control acne? Any orals? You drink no alcohol at all? Do you smoke? Any intravenous drugs? Have you ever been immunised against hepatitis a or b (twinrix vaccine)? Where were you born and what racial background? Are you currently sexually active? If so, how many partners, male or female, how long have you been with each partner and do you use protection? Have you ever been tested for STIs?

Well the way I see it I am not an alcoholic, and neither are most people that train with weights, so it's a bit of moot argument….yeah it's ok killing the only liver you have with drugs at 23 because alcoholics do it, so it must be OK nothing to worry about:rolleyes:

Go and seek some more advice from a medical professional mate - no1 on this forum will be able to tell you if its really bad to have levels at that range....no1 here is qualified enough to give any sort of advice.

Genics, that's bullshit. Hep A gets into the thousands, classic alcoholism gets nowhere near that.
Classic alcoholism affects AST more than ALT anyway.

Exactly.

Does four cycles of drugs at 23 and wonders why liver is fucked, then joins forum to find out what is wrong with him….how about just go see a doctor/specialist to see what damage you have done and stop doing drugs:rolleyes:

So im wrong in saying 127 isnt high? As said mines been 200q a few timed and dr barely batted an eye lid. Big mick Talking about liver failure is whats bs

Simple fact of the matter is - if you are worried about it seek professional advice - not advice from a forum where none of us really know anything about it. Who cares if other peoples have been 200+ or whatever - if your concerned go and seek advice from a professional.

Agree. Why trust your health to nobodies on the net.

Aljada is a Dr i believe. I was simply trying to reasure him he probably isnt about to die as big micks posts would imply.

That's fine as well but I would want to see a doctor in person.

Agree mick was properly going over the top a bit there.

I remember I had glandular fever ages ago and was sick as fuck. Skin went yellow and my liver tests were ordinary according to my doc. See if I can find them somewhere and be interesting to see what the numbers where.

Livers can take a pretty good beating, as said its almost certainly the tren and now he is off alt should return to normal in due course

Yes, livers have a lot of redundant capacity. That's why you do the coagulation profile - it shows how well your liver is working right now, whereas the LFTs show if there is damage being done to it.

Bazza, in that case your liver values probably would have been normal, except or bilirubin. Bilirubin is a breakdown product of red blood cells and is the thing that builds up causing you to turn yellow. Because you had glandular, you probably had a pre-hepatic cause where your spleen was over active and destroying more red blood cells than your liver could process.

OP, like everyone else said, go to the doctor. I'm just trying to tell you what you need to specifically ask to get checked if he's just writing you off as an alcoholic.

Yep that sounds familiar. My piss was almost black and my shit was white. Sick as a dog.
