I received an email from BN today. It reads:
"Dear Customer
We note that you purchased one of the following products in the last 3 months, or the ingredient in isolation:
Pramiracatem
Aniracetam
Oxiracatem
Noopept
Vinpocetine
DMAE Bitartrate
Cognitone
It has come to our attention that these ingredients may not be approved as a food or an additive to food in Australia, although products with these ingredients remain available from International vendors as well as Australian vendors.
Out of an abundance of caution we recommend that you do not consume products containing these ingredients.
We note that this advice is confined to the existence of the ingredient, as opposed to the integrity of the ingredient or the product itself (there was not an issue with our manufacturing process or quality of the actual ingredients).
In respect to any unused product we would be more than happy to credit you the value of the purchase. If you wish to take up that offer please contact us on products@bulknutrients.com.au.
We thank you for your continued business."
Has anyone else got this? I purchased Noopept and Pramiracatem and now they're saying its not suitable as a food? Has some recent study shown these nootropics to be dangerous to human health or something?
