I assume the challenge is for time?

I mean, in any gym a few guys would be able to put 60kg overhead 20 times... in 20 days. :)

So is this video and see how long it takes to do the reps, so a comp style thing?

or is it as long as its done in one session. just a challenge?

Woah woah woah, yet to see anyone post up videos of them completing any of these, and you're all worrying about how fast you can do it and whether you'll be vs'ing others?

Come on guys pick up the ball, they are simply challenges, feats to accomplish. No prizes except self-satisfaction that you are awesome. lol.

Btw when I was last in Melb I saw Greg Gordan (I think?) MP 100kg for 10 or so reps, I'm sure with some training he could easily get to 20 reps. Likewise with the deadlift, I youtubed and saw a medium sized guy do 200kg for 15 reps, again with some training I don't think it's impossible to reach or come close to these numbers.

They seem pretty stupid to me. 50 reps of deadlifts at any weight is suicide and asking for trouble, as is the mp.
