CAPO National titles

Jimmy filmed the entire Vics, he'll be doing the Nats.

I'll get some footage up on my website.

We need to focus on teenagers and juniors IMO.

Gregg Gordon, Matt Middleton, Blake Hanson, Max, Daryl, Ryan Plavin, Michael Douek, Kelly Munro, Mitchell Erdely, Kasper, Matt Dixon, Simon Chan etc

These are really strong boys, and there are plenty of others I havent mentioned, PA would have a few as well I'm not familiar with. All the boys listed are under 21 I think. All of them bar Daryl deadlift 200kg plus, and he's only 17 and 67kg lol
great that the vido is a goer ,if possible get the presentation night on it as well ,that completes the dvd and makes it more pro

Nice work Mr Gordon.

You'll need to make an adjustment, Fattest Dave somehow managed to **** up sticking a stamp on an envelope, I even filled the form out for him. He has spoken to Steve Brown and Paul Nay, he'll be cool to lift

Physical age 26, mental age 26 months, weight, ever increasing, should stop just shy of 110kg.

Thank you for your understanding lol

fckin LOL!!!

obtw watch out for my mate, Corey Ettia and his triple bodyweight deadlift in the teenage 67.5kg class.

also Mat Van Beuni is one to watch too, he didn't even try at the State titles but it was still amazing!

Yep fixed, will just add him to the lighter class as it will make it an even 15 and 15 if thats okay.

What are Cory's other lifts like? Its okay, I found them. He will be up against Blake as Daryl in only 17. Daryl totalled 460kg yesterday.

Blake deadlifts 210kg @ 67kg as well, thats over triple bodyweight.

Good to see so many strong raw teenagers lifting.

All 3 boys will go well over 400kg easily at only 67kg.

Some damn strong names on that list!

Really feeling pissed off I'm broken and cant compete or even attend now!

Good luck to everyone lifting. I hope you can all smash some PB's and hopefully some state/nation/world records as well.

88 lifters in the proper comp and a 7 in the wheelchair one, 95 lifters is a fantastic result.

PA had 72 lifters in the real comp and 12 in the wheelchair section, 84 lifters total.

Thats 179 lifters competing in National Powerlifting events this year.

I'm VERY happy with that.

Strength is the new strong.

Who came up with the brilliant idea of having this event in Melbourne?
Bloody hell its cold!!!!!

The coldest wettest winter for a very long time, hence why Ghosty went running back to Brisbane.

Dont worry, we hit 40 degrees in Summer

^ Parking is horrid

You big sissy Nick! Docs said i wouldnt be good a year....that was 4 mths ago! :D

Thanks for the hookup with Brett, Markos!

No dramas Gawain.

Nick benched REVERSE grip tonight, no impact on his shoulder, in fact, no impact on his strength, he did VERY well.

This obviously hits the triceps very hard, I think he did 115kg x 5 and then went heavier, first time he's tried it.
