anyone ever gotten a fine for not lights nore helmet ?

night riding got pulled over by the cops for no lights , i had fogotten to put my lights on , made up the excuse that someone had stolen my lights , the cops believed and thrw in the comment of nothing being sacred
 
haven't been finded , but gotten plenty of warnings , in my younger days , it was just after the helmet law came into victoria , i was riding to school and the cops pulled me over for no helmet , i told them my cat has pissed in my helmet , the cops laughed there ass off and said i don't blame you for not wearing it
