Hi, recently i got a YORK home gym it has 54kg of weights.

I am a complete NEWB at fitness, i was wondering what kind of excercises i should be doing on this and how many how often etc.

i am 190cm / 80-90kg

i want to try and loose some fat, then after that i want to start building some extra muscle.

thanks

If you wanna loose fat than you need to change your diet

Get some dumbells, that way you can get away with bicep curls, Shoulder Press etc.
Dumbells would be a good "extra" for that kit of yours.

Here's atip.

Buy a [proper gym ans some decent weights. 54kg?? My great grandmother lifts more than that.:mad:

You've made a good start by coming to this forum for help. The quality of advice is always more important than the timeliness of it. Now take that 54kg set back and ask for a 70kg set.

To looooose wayt, head to your local footy park and follow this circuit training routine:

1. Standing Calf Raise - 38 reps
2. 5kg plate discus hurl
3. Sprint to retrieve plate
4. Weighted crunches - 46 reps
5. Weighted burpees - 9 reps
6. Discus hurl
7. Sprint to retrieve plate

Repeat this for a total of 3 rounds. Perform 5 times per week.

Was it worth the wayt?
