Agreed get out thereand do it I started playing touch at 130kg coz I wanted to sure I sucked a bit but was so worth it.

Dragon boating your back is going to hurt way more before you hit your cardio threshhold

Well the opportunity have already been missed but the next time opportunity comes gain, I'll gladly take it. I think that I am more prepared now after some more months spend in the gym.
