About 2 months ago i was at the gym doing a warm up incline bp nothing too heavy and hurt my sholder, they say its a tear in my left supraspinatous tend. before it happened i would get a slight pain like this whenever i bp for months before( thought nothing of it) and finally it has givin in, its lik a powerless pain that is not comfortable and pinches in a above shoulder hight movement im flat out lifting anything!!! its hard to tell if its getting better i try push ups(after 2 months of rest) and seems to be ok some days and others not so gud! iv had corizon injection and iv been to physio but i live in a small town with no sort specialist and i feel as though im getting the raw end of the deal
-Can anyone heap out with my injury as far as things i can be doing to make it better quicker?
-if youve hand an injury similiar what kind of recovery time did it take and how bad did it effect you?
