I think he just follows IIFYM, so IF or anything

The elitist attitude is just as much on the 6 meals a day super clean BB eating as it is on IIFYM eating.

I do IIFYM ... ummm there is nothing elitist or relevant to attitude just by doing it.

You don't have to engage in online debates about it.
I eat healthy 90% + of the time but I add treats as they fit my macros.

Ignore the online crapology about dietary philosophies and just do what works for you. If it's IIFYM, anyone else's ego has nothing to do with your daily intake
