Need help with Diet! (18 years old)

lol, So low bf, Going to need to body recomp, Lots of mucle gains which will bring fat gains, then cardio/diet/cut untill your sub 11% bf.

Good luck.

I'm around 24% body fat right now. So 3000 calories a day, 6 days a week at gym and 3 HIIT cardio sessions a week sound good?

Why ask the same questions in multiple forums? Of course you are going to get different answers......

I only asked it in this forum and another one, because I want as many answers as possible and more variety/ideas.

figure out roughly how many calories you need to sustain your weight using a calculator (then adjust it if u arent losing weight)

then:
go 1.3g/lb of bw PROTEIN
0.5g/lb of bw FAT
fill the rest of your calories with carbs

make sure ur under your actual maintenance level calories so you can lose weight. if you aren't bothered tracking just use swole.me or something to figure out a diet for your caloric needs..

btw these numbers are just a rough guide, adjust to your own needs

Ok I've decided not to buy Creatine until I'm well into the 'gym lifestyle' (and I'm scared of bloating lol). Should I buy Whey Protein concentrate or not take any supplements at all?

ash if you can't get your protein in through food then whey will help you...

other than that supplements wont help much more than food will

Protein powder is just food, not really a supplement, if protein powder is a supplement, then so is chicken breast, steak, tuna, etc etc

Creatine is not steroids or black magic, it's just a basic and cheap supplement, you buy it for less than $20 per kilo.
