How do you track your training progress?

I'm curious how everyone keeps track of their training progress. What apps or methods do you use to keep track of everything?

I've tried countless apps and haven't found one that I really loved using. I always ended up going back to my phone's default Notes app. The problem with Notes is that it doesn't give many insights into my training. I eventually got tired of using Notes so I tried building my own app to mimic the simplicity of Notes, but with a lot more intelligence. I have an early working version now and I'd love to get some feedback if anyone is interested trying it out.

Please let me know what you think. Any feedback that you have would be greatly appreciated! 😊🙏
