Extending wifi

It could get costly, do you have a budget?

What devices will you connect in the sheds? Is personal hotspot on your phone an option?

If it were me.
2 x fibre media converters.
300metres multi mode fibre
(Will give you a theoretical bandwidth of 50-100Gb/s)
300metres of conduit.
Might cost you a bit.
Another option would be to use coax instead (thick net) and most hardware for coax is relatively cheap compared to fibre.

Can absolutely be done. It's just a matter of what you're willing to spend.

A sattelite dish receives data from miles and miles away, the technology is available - in fact you could literally use two satellite dishes pointed at each other if you wanted to try a DIY approach. Place wifi extenders at the focal point of the dishes and make sure they have line-of-sight to each other. If that doesn't work, there will be commercial applications of the same thing that are available.

Bazza what did u end up doing mate?

Easiest solution is to have a 3g based router powered up there to access the internet.

Next easiest is to get two outdoor point to point microwave trancievers if you have the line of sight?

Lastly, it you have your own trench digger, run a spool of outdoor fibre the whole way. Don't use catX, it will get some lightning shooting it in the Ass.
