I know ill cop a bit of a bagging for my diet, but im not after a hard core training diet, im more after a diet that i can maintain as a life-style diet. Whenever i go hard at my diet, it mentally drains me, so ive come to the conclusion i need a good mix of healthy food and the things i enjoy.
Would love any helpful tips to improve my diet without making it a drain for me.
This is my basic diet at the moment:
Brekky:Bowl of Vogels low GI Muesli, Max's Hydroxy Phase Plus protein shake.
9am:Wholemeal Wrap with boiled chicken and lettuce, 1 orange, 3 rice cakes.
Lunch:Bergen honey and oatmeal low GI sandwich with boiled chicken, 180g Greanseas Tuna in Springwater, 2 apples, 2 banana's.
Arvo:Max's HP+
The following is the dinners i have throughout the week:
Spaghetti bolagnese
Chicken and boiled rice
Crumbed Veal/vege's/salad
Steak/vege's/salad
Beef stirfry with boiled rice
usually one or two take aways on the weekend like seafood, chinese or hamburgers.
