    is to much yoghurt bad?

    at work the majority of my break times are only 10 minutes and i eat like half a tub of low fat yoghurt and 2 cans of tuna cause this is the fastes thing i can eat in the 10 minutes. I also eat a fair bit of it on the weekend is this bad?
