new bulking diet alot of carbs and bread but i have been losing weight on whati was eating before note everythings whole weat or brown rice etc. Its only for 4 weeks to see how i go. i think its around 3600 calories roughly.

5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

100g wholemeal flour
1/4tsp dried yeast
pinch salt
pinch castor sugar
75ml luke warm water
Place yeast, sugar, salt and flour in bowl and mix
Gradually add water to flour, mixing to create a dough.
Knead on a well floured surface for 10 minutes
Grease a bowl and put bread...
