    Treating a sprain

    the other day I sprained/rolled my ankle landing on a soccer ball. I remembered the R.I.C.E acronym, Rest, Ice, but I forgot what the C and E stood for I still feel a bit of pain in the ankle. The inflammation died down a few days ago, is it y ok if i was to get back into a normal exercise...
