    Quitting Smoking

    I've made the decision to quit smoking at the end of the month, I can't be serious about gym/diet and still pump 25 smokes into my system a day. My question, should I expect an improvement in my lifts afterwards? ie - improved lung capacity = more oxygen = more strength etc?
