    Tuna burgers: drain 1 can of tuna in water. Place in bowl add 2 eggwhites add 14grams of pancake mix, 1 teaspoon of curry powder and 1 teaspoon of chopped onions. Mix all with a fork. Make 2 burgers. Grill with Pam. Hope it helps
