    Hey guys, I need some advice on what supplement to buy/take for the AusBB 2015 competition. I really want to cut down on the BF% and have a decent cardio and weight program lined up. I have about 5 KGs worth of your WPC sitting in a bag but i want to know what else will help me in this comp

    Trying to drop BF%....

    Hi guys, I'm 186cm, 90kg & 16% BF. Going to try 0.5g of carbs per pound Monday-Saturday & 2g per pound on Sundays. Superset training 6 mornings and cardio 3 nights. Anyone done something similar and what are your thoughts. Cheers, BTL

    Has anyone successfully gained muscle mass starting from a moderate BF% ?

    Ive been noticing a trend lately on the internet, where a lot of the internet coaches are saying in order to successfully gain mass without getting fat fucked you need to be lean first 10-12% BF max.
