Where to lift in Sydney CBD?

I'm in Sydney this week, staying at the Amora on Jamison Street, the gym is tiny and basically just full of treadmills. Are there any pay-as-you-go gyms within walking distance? Don't need anything fancy. Also any recommendations on where I can get some clean meals would be much appreciated. Matt

My problem is that when I get to my goal weight of around 82kgs, I find it incredibly hard to stick to a maintenance diet that doesn't either wear...

    Getting psyched and staying psyched.

This might not be for everyone, but I want to know how people psyche themselves up and keep themselves psyched up. I have noticed when training for strength and constantly pushing yourself to lift heavier you need to keep focused and determined. How does everyone go about this? Some days I...
