Saw this while "researching" glutes. I like how it has a "75lb" thrust to get you back up. I wanna get two. "It's so easy!!!" Magic. I would like to volunteer as a live product demo. (In before Cum Shot)

    Sumo Deadlifts on Leg day???

Anyone tried Sumo Deadlifts on Leg day as part of a BB routine? When you think about it, a Sumo Deadlift (or a "Powerlifting cheats Deadlift") takes out a lot of the Back and works the Legs and Glutes more. Bit like a Jefferson Squat but not as awkward.

    Unilateral imbalances & muscle activation

For a little while now I have been doing some unilateral work once or twice per week focussing on my lower left side to bring up perceived muscularity and strength imbalances. This has gone a long way, and the visual difference is minimal now. I am aware that when squatting heavier weights...
