I just had a question, I am finding is very hard to stick to my workouts ever since my gym closed due to lockdown. I can't really do my bench press or lateral pulldown. has anyone else come across this issue too.
I'm gonna move from my bro split of chest/arms/legs/back to what I think is the smarter split of push/pull/legs. This is what I've come up with lemme know where to change.
PUSH
1: dumbbell press 4x8
2: incline bench 3x8
3: flies 4x8
4a: shoulder press 4x8
4b: lateral raises 4x6
5: tricep rope...

I seriously intend to be doing this as long as I'm alive. To me, lifting is a part of Healthy lifestyle, both physically and psychologically. Unless my joints give out I'll be Squatting, Deadlifting, Pressing, Chinning and Dipping. I may not do things like Barbell Rows as I feel they irritate...

Don't get too excited by the "double D" part guys, I'm talking about one of these
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HX2A7VA/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
Bit pricey with shipping and was wondering if anyone had come across something here?

Hi Guys,
Fairly new here but I do have a question.
Background
I started a "10 week transformation" exactly 4 weeks ago @79.4 kg , so far i've sat on about 80kg the entire time and now dropped down to 79.5, i still seem to however be retaining a lot of the fat around my torso (this is usually...

Too many dudes focus on the anterior (eg presses, flyes), not enough on the posterior (eg rows, reverse flyes).
What lengths do YOU go to to ensure your shoulder gets worked out evenly across...

How do you train your traps (upper, middle, lower fibers), and with what volume and frequency?
What do you do when you realize your traps are lagging behind?
So decided just build up a gym in the backroom, planning make a lifting platform but was wondering about this rack not sure if it be snap city or Im just better off getting a squat stand.
